Processing & shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are packed with cold-chain materials to help preserve peptide integrity in transit.

Shipping rates

A flat shipping rate of $9.99 applies to all domestic orders. Orders totaling $200.00 or more qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

Order tracking

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. You can also view order status from your Account page if you checked out while signed in.

Returns & refunds

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less original shipping costs. Contact us before returning any item to receive a return authorization.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
